@Starlet Creative Hub
Located at Level 1, 17 Russell Street, Toowoomba, @Starlet Creative Hub is an independent creative space and social enterprise, created and run by Starlet Creative Industries’ director Marianne Buchanan, supporting regional artists, makers and performers.
We believe creativity flourishes when people have the space, resources and encouragement to bring their ideas to life.
The Hub offers free opportunities to exhibit artwork, gallery space, affordable studio and creative workspaces, and opportunities to collaborate, develop new work and connect with other artists.
Our tiered memberships make it possible for artists to access creative space regularly, including options to come in and create each day, leave projects in progress and become part of a supportive creative community.
Artists and facilitators can also hire affordable spaces to run their own workshops, classes, exhibitions, performances and events.
While the Hub is located upstairs and accessible by stairs only, we work with neighbouring businesses to help connect artists and participants with alternative accessible spaces when needed.
At its heart, @Starlet is about creating opportunities rather than simply hosting activities. We encourage collaboration, independence and creative enterprise, giving artists the freedom to develop their practice and make the space their own.
Whether you’re looking for somewhere to paint, exhibit, teach, rehearse or connect with other creatives, we’d love to welcome you.
Make it yours.
