Welcome to Pop’d Art (popd.au). By using our website, directory, and event ticketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Directory Subscriptions
1.1 Service: Pop’d provides a platform for artists and galleries to showcase their work.
1.2 30-Day Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day "Change of Mind" refund period. If you wish to cancel your listing within 30 days of your initial payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
1.3 No Refunds after 30 Days: After the initial 30-day period, no refunds or pro-rata credits will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription term.
1.4 Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings, which will prevent future renewals.
Event Ticketing (For Event Hosts)
2.1 Platform Role: Pop’d acts as a ticketing facilitator only. The responsibility for event delivery, safety, and quality lies solely with the Event Host.
2.2 The Pop’d Wallet: All revenue from ticket sales is processed via PayPal or Stripe and held by Pop’d in a secure "Wallet" until the event has successfully concluded.
2.3 Payouts: Funds (minus the Pop’d commission and merchant processing fees) will be released to the Host’s nominated account within 7 business days after the event completion date.
2.4 Liability: Hosts must maintain their own Public Liability Insurance. Pop’d is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring at a listed event.
Event Ticket Refunds
3.1 Requesting a Refund: All ticket refund requests must be directed to the Event Host. Pop’d will only process refunds at the direct written request of the Host while funds are held in the Wallet.
3.2 Non-Refundable Merchant Fees: Please note that PayPal and Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable by the payment providers. In the event of a refund, the amount returned to the buyer will be the ticket price minus these merchant processing fees.
3.3 Event Cancellation: If a Host cancels an event, they are responsible for ensuring all ticket holders are refunded.
Intellectual Property
4.1 Artist Ownership: You retain full copyright of all images and text you upload.
4.2 Promotion Licence: By listing on Pop’d, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to feature your work on our website, social media, and marketing materials for the purpose of promoting you and the Pop’d community.
Prohibited Content
5.1 Listing Review: Pop’d is a curated space for the arts. We reserve the right to review all directory and event submissions before they go live. If a listing contains content that is misleading, offensive, or uses obviously AI generated content, we may decline the submission or remove it. In these cases, we will do our best to contact you to provide feedback and help you resolve any issues so your work can be featured.
