Celebrating Sustainability — Creating Heirlooms from Humble Discards
Artwork by Luke O’Donnell
A Stumble of Magpies celebrates the beauty, creativity and possibilities of recycled materials in contemporary art.
Transforming the forgotten, discarded and overlooked into original works of art, the exhibition explores how everyday rubbish can become something extraordinary — treasured heirlooms rather than landfill.
Through colour, imagination and reinvention, these artworks challenge our perceptions of waste and value, demonstrating that sustainability need not come at the expense of beauty.
A celebration of sustainability, creativity and the art of giving discarded materials a new life.
